MotoGP weekend - Awesome staff makes this hotel so special!
"This was our second stay at the hotel Ines for MotoGP San Marino. The hotels is in an excellent location, within easy walking distance of all the shops, bars and restaurants and crucially for Motogp, only a couple of miles from Misano circuit. The hotel itself is extremely modern and clean throughout. Now, on to the staff....first of all I just want to say I travel for a living and I have never encountered another hotel where the staff are as friendly and helpful as they are at the hotel Ines. Monica and Chihara were very friendly and helpful but I want to make a special mention for Kendi who really made our stay special by going above and beyond with her service and helpfulness. Unfortunately I do not know the name of the gentleman that works there but even though he didn't speak a word of English and I don't speak a word of Italian he was still extremely helpful and funny.
We will definitely be back but we will try to learn a bit more Italian for next time!"
Perfect Family Hotel
"Recently returned from a two week stay at this magnificently run family hotel. Try half board, it will save you having to troll throught the mediocre tourist food in town . Everything is kept up to date and the rooms are clean and modern. It is also a perfect location for exploring the area. You can just tell that the team here are looked after by the way they go about their business. This, in my view, is a credit to the owner. But everyone from reception to the restaurant staff, including the chef and the kids club girls and the cleaners all play their part in making this hotel a place that you will want to visit again. Even leaving for the airport at 5am, we were given fresh coffee and croissants and the kids given a packed lunch for the drive. Try it, you will never, ever feel taken for granted."

"I went to this fantastic hotel in June with my family. What can I say the service from all staff was exceptional. They are always ready to assist every need and query. The rooms were beautiful and kept in great condition and very clean. The food was amazing. Being from breakfast through to dinner, it's like you were always eating at a top quality restaurant. With a great variety of dishes to choose from. Considering I have fussy children when it comes to eating, while staying at the hotel, they ate everything put in front of them. Everything is walking distance even the beach. It was a real pleasure to stay at hotel Ines and we even got to meet the great lady herself and she is truly an amazing women. I happen to find this hotel via the internet and I'm so glad I chose to stay there. I would highly recommend staying there. I know if and when I am back in Italy I will definitely be staying there.
